Shipment

   Your order will be shipped anywhere in the United State. Packages are mailed with in 3 business days of received order. Due to high demand it might take 7-10 business days to complete delivery. 

 Packaging and handling.

The sculpture is shipped ready assembled.  Unpack and hang for interior or exterior use of the home.

 Hang sculpture near a window above the head 6-7 ft. above floor.  When hanging in the exterior we recommend the porch area for protection from constant exposure to water. Or you can place inside the home so you can enjoy them at night when curtains are closed.  May be placed within reach of an adult so you can turn the sculpture and watch the rainbow dance. Use water and small amount of vinegar to clean crystals. Frames can be dusted with dry clean cloth. Clean 2 times a year or at the least once a year (before spring, new years, birthdays, etc. ) to enjoy full benefit of the crystals.

 Return and exchange.

We want you to be fully satisfied with Window and Home Jewelry products. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason return the items in original condition with in 30 days of initial mailing date. Items may be returned for exchange or refunds. Customer is responsible for mailing fees.

Your refund will be process with in 2-3 business days upon receiving your package. Credit may not appear on your credit card until next monthly billing cycle.

 Damaged package

 We well replace any damage sculpture/crystals. We will repair or replace any damage product that you may have received. Your satisfaction is of great value to us.
